Full Demolition and Remodel in Newton

One of our current projects that began this past month is a full demolition and remodel of a four bed 1 bath unit in Newton. This project will involve the demolition of the current interior and the conversion of one bedroom into a home office and second bathroom. Furthermore, we are adding a new HVAC system, laundry facilities to a former closet space, and new windows for both the unit and its shared porch. This unit has huge potential and we are very excited to see how it will turn out!
